1. Scope
This policy explains how booking questions are handled for IIFX FranchiseBAZAR. Sending an online enquiry or email does not create a paid order, stall allocation or visitor pass.
2. Exhibitor bookings
An exhibitor booth is allotted after full payment and written confirmation by Fravex LLP. The applicable quotation and signed Exhibitor Terms & Conditions define cancellation, changes, credits, transfers and refunds for that booking. Please review those documents before paying.
3. Visitor passes
Where visitor passes are sold through an authorised channel, they are intended to be issued in the named visitor’s name and are non-transferable. The published Bengaluru 2027 pass programme specifies non-refundable purchases, subject to applicable law and the terms presented before payment.
4. Postponement, relocation or cancellation
If an edition is rescheduled, relocated or cancelled, the organiser will communicate the applicable arrangements to affected confirmed customers in accordance with their booking terms and applicable law.
